#namedropping / #sentenceme - personal Twitter game!

Yes, I have started a Twitter game which has been based off the song "Name Droppin'" by the Christian rapper T-Bone! It just hit me the other day and I figured it could be big, a few people have joined me in the fun such as @Dr_Disco and @TwiperLuvsGHS! I wish for everyone of my Twitter friends who are not preoccupied in much else to join too, it could possibly end up on the Trending Topics! =]

Example - Band: Counting Crows Sentence: "I went to the lake and starting COUNTING CROWS!" Get it?

My Life According To...

This was a survey I took on MySpace and it is fun and it's about music, so go for it!

Using only song names from ONE ARTIST, cleverly answer these questions. Pass it on to a bunch of friends and include me. You can't use the band/singer I used. Try not to repeat a song title. It's a lot harder than you think! Repost as "my life according to (band name/singer)"

Pick your Artist: Family Force 5

Describe yourself: Radiator

How do you feel: Love Addict

Describe where you currently live: Face Down

If you could go anywhere, where would you go? How in the World

Your favorite form of transportation: Cadillac Phunque

Your best friend: Master Of Disguise

What's the weather like? Earthquake

If your life was a TV show, what would it be called? Drama Queen

What is life to you? Numb

Your last relationship: Replace Me

Your fear: Colour Of Water

What is the best advice you have been given? Lose Urself

Thought for the day: Share It with Me

My soul's present condition: Supersonic

I have been made aware[by Alex of dctalkrocks] of what date their Christmas album, "Family Force 5's Christmas Pageant" is coming out which is October 6, 2009 and there has not been an official revelation of their album cover and no one knows for sure if this is even official but here it is:

Hometown Show Shenanigans

How goes it evrbody? Yeah I tried to put some gangsta on that opening. Anyway just checkin' in and letting you know how my weekend was.

Well on Saturday me, my friend Kate, and her friend Steph went to the All Time Low hometown show at Towson University. We The Kings, Cartel, and Days Difference played as well but All Time Low was by far the best.

We got there at around 4:30 and the doors opened at 6, or were supposed to because we didn't get inside until 6:30. And all the while when we were in line I had to pee something fierce and was not enjoying the millions of ants crawling around me on the ground. Too much detail, I know.

So we finally got inside and I went to the bathroom and started off listening to Days Difference in the back of the mosh pit then moved off to the side to get a better view. I would go up to the mosh area to get pics and videos for every band but for the most part it was off to the sedelines for us!

We also ran into Kate's friend Danny in the band Storm The Beaches. We ended up talking and buying tickets to see his band and a few others downtown on Thursday. I'll write a blog about that as well after it happens.

So then All Time Low came on and it was INCREDIBLE! They're so inspiring up on that stage and getting to see these boys who I went to high school with perform at the same college they garduated at for hundreds of people was the most intense experience. If you haven't heard them you need to take a listen. Alex, the lead singer, his lyrics make me cry. So show them some love they're my heroes and Baltimore's greatest export.

So all in all it was a very impressive show and all the bands killed it especially my boys ATL. A highlight included We The Kings covering I'm Yours and The Middle. Two great songs from two great artists performed by one of my favorite bands. It was a great night.

And the party didn't end there because afterwards we all went to eat at Applebees. We were STARVING let me tell youa nd I had 2 large glasses of water because I was dehydtated and my voice was virtually non-existent from singing so much and screaming for my bands. Kate and I got chicken fingers and fries and Steph got a burger and we all scarfed it down in minutes flat. By the way, just for you to know if you can go to Applebees after 9 because they have a special $3.99 menu. Nothing beats that after a long, tiring concert. Hanging with your girls at Applebees and eating 4 dollar chicken fingers. Good times.

SO that's it!! It was amazing and please check out All Time Low because they really are an awesome band. What can I say...it's love.
